Texas Sheet Cake Cookies Recipe 1 box chocolate cake mix 2 eggs, whisked 1/3 cup oil 1 stick butter 3 TBSP milk 2 TBSP cocoa powder 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar Steps -Preheat oven to 350 degrees. -Add chocolate cake mix, 2 whisked eggs, and oil to a bowl and stir well. This will be thick, so it might take a little bit to get it all incorporated. -Use a cookie scoop to scoop out cookies onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. -Bake for about 8 minutes. -While cookies are baking, add butter, milk, and cocoa powder to a pan over medium heat and stir constantly until smooth. -Remove from heat. -Let cookies cool for 5-10 minutes then spread chocolate icing on top. Overall these cookies stay pretty soft, but as they cool they will start to set up. Enjoy!! I got this recipe from my sister in law and they are so good! Halie N Amos
