Set aside once cooked Fry mince, onion and bacon until browned Add Cajun spices and Worcestershire sauce stir Add carrots, mushrooms, peppers and beef stock Cook till peppers soften Add cooked rice and spring onions stir Taste and add more Cajun spices if required
