Instructions
Step 1
Wash your chicken breast with vinegar and lime. Then add Cajuns choice blackened seasoning. In a medium pan over medium heat, heat olive oil, add the chicken breast and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side ( cook until golden and cooked through)
Step 2
In large skillet add about 1-2 tsp of olive oil and stir in minced garlic/ minced onion . Add in your sliced white mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes. Then you will stir in your heavy cream, chicken bouillon powder, salt & black pepper. Make sure to taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Don't forget to add lots of Parmesan!
Step 3
Mashed potatoes: peel and cut your potatoes into evenly sized pieces. Then you will boil the potatoes for about 12-15 min (add 1tsp of salt) Once potatoes are soft you will drain out the water. Add to a large bowl and add in parsley, heavy cream, butter, garlic stir in paste and seasonings (salt and black pepper) mash your potatoes until smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Asparagus: Wash your asparagus with vinegar and trim off the ends. Then season with garlic stir in paste, olive oil, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, squeeze of lemon juice & shredded parmesan cheese . Place the asparagus in the air fryer basket, set your air fryer to 400 ℉ and cook for 7-10 minutes. Make sure to check on it!
