Take-Out' Orange Chicken

Step 1 Mix dressing, orange zest, juice, honey, ginger and crushed pepper until blended. Step 2 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and peppers; cook 5 to 6 min. or until chicken is done and peppers are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Remove chicken mixture from skillet; cover to keep warm. Step 3 Add dressing mixture to skillet; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until thickened. Stir in chicken mixture; cook and stir 2 min. or until heated through. Top with onions.
