Instructions
Step 1
Fry onion, mushrooms, garlic, asparagus and celery in coconut oil
Step 2
Add some 50ml cup veg stock, allow veg to soften.
Step 3
Add 300ml of veg stock, and 100ml of coconut milk
Step 4
Add spinach.
Step 5
Cook for 15 minutes
Step 6
Blend and serve with a drizzle of coconut milk, and black sesame seeds.
