Instructions
Step 1
Slice the potatoes about ¼ inch thick. Pat dry with a kitchen towel then place your potatoes in a bowl with cornstarch and cold water solution. (MIX WELL) Soak the potatoes for 7 mins with the cornstarch solution.
Step 2
On a plate, add the flour, paprika, cornstarch, and salt to make the dredge mix. Get one of the potatoes and coat it with the dredge mixture. Deep fry until golden ( 5-7 mins medium heat)
Step 3
For the sauce, just mix in a small bowl the mayonnaise, paprika, minced garlic, parsley, and fresh milk.
