1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. In a small bowl, combine pineapple, apple, marmalade, raisins, green onion and soy sauce. Slit each pork chop lengthwise to form a pocket.

3. Fill pockets evenly with stuffing. Secure openings with toothpicks. Generously season chops with garlic salt and place in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
