Instructions
Step 1
Pound chicken lightly with mallet and cut into bite size pieces.
Step 2
Coat chicken lightly in flour, salt & pepper.
Step 3
Melt butter in pan and cook in batches until golden brown.
Step 4
Wipe excess fat from pan. Add garlic & stock.
Step 5
Bring to the boil, reduce heat to a simmer and return chicken to pan for 20 mins.
Step 6
Remove chicken and add cream, stir until it thickens.
Step 7
Add shallots, parsley and Grand Marnier.
Step 8
Return chicken and stir till coated.
Step 9
Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
