Instructions
Step 1
Mix cumin, coriander, sesame seeds, chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
Step 2
Mix garlic paste into dried spices, then place all of these ingredients into a food processor with the roughly chopped onion. Process for 30-45 seconds until the mixture forms a thick creamy paste.
Step 3
In a medium, heavy-based saucepan, heat the oil and fry the spice mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add the tomato, green beans, fenugreek and fresh coriander.
Step 5
Stir fry the bean mixture for about 5 minutes, sprinkle in lemon juice and serve immediately.
