Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and thyme

Rinse salmon under cold water.

Marinate the salmon in the mixture. Aim for 30-60 minutes if you have time.
Step 4
Bake the salmon at 180°C for 15 minutes. Turn up the heat to 220°C for the last 5 minutes.
