Instructions
Step 1
Slice each baked potato in half and scoop out the middle
Step 2
Mash up the potato that has been scooped out with a little butter and leave to one side
Step 3
Chop up the cooked fish fingers and add to a boil with the Mayo, peas and half the cheese
Step 4
Add the fish finger mix to the scooped out potato and the top with the mashed potato and top with cheese
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200*C
