(O,L) Apple Cinnamon Raisin Baked Oatmeal - Seeking Vitality

8 steps
Prep:10minCook:45min
This is the perfect Breakfast for those of you who Meal Prep or have busy mornings! I Always strongly suggest selecting organic, non-GMO and if possible local ingredients. Sourcing is absolutely key in my opinion to good health and well-being! The closer to nature and further away your ingredients are from chemically laden, artificially engineered processes, the better for your overall well-being!  For my cycle syncing beauties: The apples and oats in this particular recipe may support your Ovulatory and Luteal phases! I also like to occasionally add protein powder and/or collagen to this recipe when I have it on hand!  If you, like me, love nuts then try adding pecans and/or pumpkin seeds in the Ovulatory phase or walnuts in your Luteal phase!  Substitute water with milk of choice if desired for a bit more flavor depth. I use Gluten Free, Sprouted Oats. I love to top this with peanut butter and/or a bit of Pure Organic Grade A Maple Syrup!
