Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 355°F (180°C).
Step 2
Depending on your preference, either peel the potatoes or leave the skins on. If using large potatoes, cut in half. Cut slits along the potatoes about 5mm apart and 6mm from the base of the potato.
Step 3
Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Pour some olive oil in a small bowl, and add the desired amount of salt and seasonings to it.
Step 5
Gently brush the potatoes with the olive oil and continue to cook for another 15-20 minutes or until they are cooked through.
