Instructions
Step 1
Boil the pasta
Step 2
Dice the onion
Step 3
Dice the chorizo
Step 4
Add onion and Chorizo to pan with a drizzle of oil, cook until the onion is translucent
Step 5
Cut up chicken into bite size pieces and add to the pan cook for 6-8 minutes
Step 6
Add the cream to the pan and stir until coated
Step 7
Add the cooked pasta and the spinach to the pan stir until coated and the spinach is wilted
Step 8
Sprinkle the parmesan over the top and serve
