Instructions

Step 1
On a board, beat your steak until 1/2 cm thick. Then get your pan on a medium to high heat and place in the bacon. Cook to your liking, then put to the side and add the ham. Once it begins to brown and become crispy, put to the side.

Then turn the heat up to full, season the steak well with salt and pepper and sear for 1 minute on both sides.
Step 3
Slice your bread and toast in the same pan.
Step 4
Then assemble the sandwich starting with the steak, then ham, bacon and cheese. Stick under the grill to allow the cheese to melt.
Step 5
Meanwhile, slice the tomato and lettuce and fry the eggs. Once the cheese is melted nicely, build the rest of the sandwich and season the tomatoes with salt and pepper.
