Salmon stuffed with feta, mustard and spinach

For all my OG followers, do you remember this recipe? It was one of my very first recipes I ever shared and became a huge hit with all of you! This is an easy and quick dinner recipe. Roasted Dill Salmon with roasted potatoes & yoghurt sauce. Salmon ⁃ 2 pieces of salmon ⁃ Salt & pepper ⁃ 2 tbsp dijon mustard ⁃ Handful fresh dill ⁃ Handful spinach ⁃ 1/4 cup feta cheese or ricotta ⁃ Olive oil Roasted potatoes ⁃ Baby potatoes ⁃ Salt, pepper, 1 tbsp rosemary, 1 tsp garlic powder ⁃ Olive oil ⁃ 2 garlic cloves Yoghurt sauce ⁃ 1/4 cup yoghurt sauce ⁃ Handful fresh dill ⁃ 2 garlic cloves ⁃ 1 tbsp olive oil ⁃ Squeeze half a lemon 0. Cut the salmon open and fold it open like a book. Sprinkle salt and pepper and add dijon mustard. Add spinach, feta and fold salmon back. Add dijon mustard , olive oil, salt , pepper and dill on top. Add in oven for 18min on 350F or 8 min in airfryer on 375F 0. Boil the potatoes for a couple of minutes. Add to a pan with olive oil , garlic and season with rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic powder 0. Mix ingredients for yoghurt sauce And serve together!

Instructions

Step 1
0. Cut the salmon open and fold it open like a book. Sprinkle salt and pepper and add dijon mustard. Add spinach, feta and fold salmon back. Add dijon mustard , olive oil, salt , pepper and dill on top. Add in oven for 18min on 350F or 8 min in airfryer on 375F

0. Boil the potatoes for a couple of minutes. Add to a pan with olive oil , garlic and season with rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic powder
