Instructions

Step 1
Slice strawberries and bananas. Measure out fruit the night before you plan to have your smoothie. Place in a bag in the freezer (I like to spread the fruit out so it doesn't freeze in large chunks - this makes blending easier.)

Add frozen fruit and oat milk to your blender; blend until thoroughly mixed and ideal consistency is reached. (You may also add a protein powder during this step.)
