Ingredients

6 tablespoonsliquid egg whites
3hass avocados

⅓ cupsItalian Herb Cheese Crumbs
or low carb bread crumbs of choice
6 tablespoonsliquid egg whites
15 gramsUnflavored protein powder
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Step 2
While your air fryer is warming up, prepare your avocado fries. Slice your avocados in half, and then slice each half into fries as big or small as you would like.
Step 3
Dip each avocado fry into the egg whites, then into the protein powder, back into the egg whites, and finally into the cheese crumbs until fully coated.
Step 4
Lay the avocado fries in your air fryer basket. You may need to do two batches. Spray lightly with nonstick spray.
Step 5
Air fry for 5 minutes and enjoy! Best served fresh.
