Instructions

Step 1
Peal and cut the avocado in slices.
Step 2
Add the flour to a big bowl. Carefully add the avocado (you don't want to break them). Make sure they are fully covered with flour.
Step 3
Beat the eggs in a different bowl. Mix the Panko bread crumbs, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper in another bowl.
Step 4
Dip the zucchini in the egg, one by one, and place them in the bread crumbs. Make sure they are fully covered.
Step 5
Place the zucchini in the air fryer for 15 minutes on 200°C. Turn them around after 10 minutes. Add a little bit of oil on them, so they won't burn.
