Instructions
Step 1
boil the quinoa according to the instructions and let it cool off
Step 2
boil the eggs for 10 min and let them cool off
Step 3
cut the mushrooms in parts, bake them in a pan, and let them cool off
Step 4
cut each of the other vegetables in small dices
Step 5
spread the quinoa on the bottom of a bowl and add each of the vegetables
Step 6
peel the eggs, cut them in parts and add them on top of the vegetables

chop the green onions in small rings and spread them over the bowl
