Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Sep 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Sep 3. Add the paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.

Sep 6. Spoon the olive oil and seasonings into the ziploc bag.

Sep 7. Add the vegetables into bag including mushrooms

Sep 8. Massage the vegetables into the bag.

Sep 9. Add the chicken strips in the bag.

Sep 10. Continue to massage the chicken, and vegetables in the bag.

Sep 11. Place the chicken in the center of the baking sheet.

Sep 12. Spread half of the vegetables on both sides of the chicken.

Sep 13. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.

Sep 14. Wrap the flour tortillas in foil.
Step 15
Sep 15. Add them in the oven during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Sep 17. Scoop the fajita mixture onto the tortillas.
