For the chicken
1chicken breast
1 tspchipotle chili powder
½ tsponion powder
½ tspgarlic powder
1 tspchicken bouillon powder
1 Tbspunsalted butter
1 Tbspolive oil
For the potatoes
For the green beans
Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 350. Season the chicken with the listed spices On medium heat add the olive oil or which ever oil you have.

Step 2
Once hot add the chicken breast and sear on both sides for 3 minutes. Add the butter, baste. Remove the chicken & set aside.
Step 3
Add the sliced potatoes, season with listed spices and sauté until they begin slightly brown. Spread them out then lay the chicken breast right over the top. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

Step 4
Once the chicken & potatoes are done, remove from the pan & set aside. On medium high heat Add the green beans sauté until they begin to brown

Step 5
Lower heat to medium low. season then add the garlic & butter. Sauté until fragrant. Plate, serve & enjoy!
