2 Tbspketchup
1 Tbspchipotle mayo
2 Tbspsiracha
1 Tbspgreen chilli sauce
3 Tbspmayonnaise
1 Tbsppickled jalapenos
1 Tbsponions
grilled
Cheese sauce
1 Tbspbutter
2 tspall purpose flour
¾ cupmilk
salt
¼ tsppepper
¾ cupmozzarella cheese
orange food coloring
optional
For the crispy fries
2potatoes
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspdried parsley
or any herb
2 Tbspcornstarch
with 1 tbsp water
for the toppings
Instructions
Step 1
fry the onions until nicely charred in some oil or butter
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into fries and put in ice water to help them get crispy
Step 3
meanwhile make your spicy mayo and the cheese sauce, make sure you fry the flour in butter first before adding in the milk
Step 4
now drain all the water from you fries and coat with all the spices
Step 5
make your cornstarch slurry and coat the fries
-if your slurry is not thick enough add more cornstarch your fries need to stick to the slurry kind of like a batter it will help the fries crisp up and not get soggy with all the sauces
Step 6
now fry your chicken nuggets and cut into bite size pieces
Step 7
now fry the fries in hot oil make sure your oil is not too hot or else the potatoes wont cook from inside, fry them until they're golden and fully cooked
Step 8
now all you have to do is assemble the fries and all the toppings
Step 9
