Instructions

Step 1
Chop onion, brown in olive oil. Mix eggs, browned onion and parmesan cheese. Arrange artichoke hearts in pie plate. Pour the egg mixture over the artichoke hearts. Make sure egg mixture is evenly spread over the entire pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
