Step 1
Cut the bread in half. Spread both sides with olive oil and toast until golden brown.
Step 2
Meanwhile slice the tomato and onion.
Step 3
Spread each bread side with 1tbsp tartare sauce and 1tsp mustard
Step 4
Place the tomato slices on one half. Then top this half with half the pastrami and half the Raclette cheese.
Step 5
Top the other bread half with the other half of the pastrami, then Raclette and finish with the onions.
Step 6
Place the bread halves on a backing tray. And bake at grill station until the cheese has melted.
