Instructions

Chicken

Step 1
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium. Add the chicken and half the seasoning. Put on a lid and let fry for about 3-4min.

Flip the chicken and season again. Put on a lid and let fry for another 3-4min.

Cut the chicken into slices.

Wrap

Slice the brie.

Cut the wrap on one side to the middle.

The wrap is divided into 4 quadrants. Spread the first quadrant with the cranberry jam.

Place the brie slices on the 2nd quadrant.

Top the 3rd quadrant with the arugula.
Step 9
Finally top the last quadrant with the chicken.
Step 10
From the cut side, begin folding the wrap together to form a triangle.

Then toast the wrap in a pan on both sides until the wrap is crispy and golden brown and the cheese has melted.
