50mlcanned tomatoes
1 Tbspolive oil
¼ tspsalt
¼ tsppepper
1 tspdried oregano
1 Tbspfresh basil
1clove garlic

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven at 200 degree circulation air.

Step 2
Mince the garlic and chop the basil.
Step 3
To a small bowl add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Mozzarella chicken

Slice the mozzarella.
Step 5
Transfer the chicken on to a baking dish. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Drizzle on the olive oil on the top side.

Then pure over the tomato sauce and place the mozzarella on top.

Bake the chicken in the oven at 180 circulation air for about 20-25min.

If the cheese starts to darken much earlier than the cooking time, cover the meat with aluminum foil.

Cut the ciabatta in half. Spread both sides with olive oil and toast until golden brown.

Slice the tomato.

Spread the bottom half with pesto.

Top it with the tomato and arugula.

Slice the chicken and place it on the sandwich as well.

Stack the other half of the bread on top and enjoy!
