Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tops off the berries and then cut them into quarters before throwing them into a medium saucepot

Add granulated sugar. Mix together and let sit for 10 minutes

Using a handheld masher, mash the berries as much as possible. Add in the lemon juice.

Set over the stove set on medium heat. Stir occasionally until berries melt and liquid releases.

Increase to medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes.
