Instructions
Step 1
Mix all bread ingredients. Knead until elastic. Rest for 1 hour
Step 2
Punch the air. Flatten the dough vertically with rolling pin to the size of the bread tray
Step 3
Roll the dough. Cut into 8 parts. Put to the tray, rest for 30 mins
Step 4
Coat bread with egg and milk. Bake for 20 mins at 180c
Step 5
Cool for 10 mins. Glaze with butter and condensed milk
