Instructions
Step 1
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
OvenPreheat
Step 2
Combine flour, 1 tsp baking powder and monkfruit sweetener in a bowl. Mix and set aside.
Step 3
Use mixer to beat softened butter.
Step 4
Mix 2 tbsp of water with 2 tbsp of oil and 2 tsp of baking powder to create a substitute for 2 egg yolks.
Step 5
Add egg yolk substitute, maple syrup and brandy to butter.
Step 6
Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
Step 7
Place small balls of dough on baking sheet. Put one whole clove in the center of each ball.
Step 8
Bake cookies for 15-20 minutes. Let them cool.
Step 9
Remove cloves and coat cookies in powdered sugar.
Step 10
