Instructions

Step 1
Whisk eggs in a mixing bowl until blended

Add Cream to egg mixture and Wisk until blended
Step 3
Mix in 1lb of flour and mix
Step 4
Knead the mixture and roll into strips (diameter of tootsie roll)

Cut Noodles to desired length

Sprinkle with Flour and let dry overnight add salt and pepper

Cook Chicken and pull apart into broth

Shake Flour off noodles and add into broth
Step 9
Cook for on low for 8 hours stirring occasionally
Step 10
cook a whole chicken at 425 uncovered for 10 min, then
Step 11
lower it to 350 add water, butter, salt & pepper
Step 12
cook it for 445 min. They used that as the broth & pieces of chicken
