Step 1
Bring stock to boil. Add all ingredients except rice, lower heat to simmer and cook for 35-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a separate saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to boil and add 1 cup of rice. Lower heat and cook for 20 minutes.
