Whipped Brie & Goat Cheese Dip topped with fig orange jam and brown butter almonds❤️ your new favorite app! This is the best of my whipped brie trio… I love brie in all its forms but this is perfect for spreading on bread, hosting or if you don’t like the rind?
Ingredients:
•6 oz brie (rind removed).
•6 oz goat cheese log.
•1/4 cup + 1 tbsp fig orange jam.
•1/3 cup sliced almonds.
•2 tbsp butter.
•flaky salt.
•crushed red peppers.
Directions:
1. Cube the brie and goat cheese. Add to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
2. Add the butter to a pan and swirl until slightly browned. Add in almonds and fry until golden, about 1-2 min. Watch closely.
3. Spread the brie on a plate, top with the fig jam, almonds, browned butter, flaky salt and crushed red peppers.
