Instructions

Step 1
Set IP to sauté; add oil to coat bottom of IP. Add onion & jalapeño; cook, stirring frequently (2-3 min.) until tender.
Step 2
Add garlic & tomatoes; cook (1 min.). Add broth, cumin, salt, & pepper.; press cancel.
Step 3
Add chicken to IP; cover, lock, & seal, pressure cooking (12 min.) Natural release.
Step 4
Shred chicken & return to IP; stir in 3/4 of cilantro & lime juice.
Step 5
Serve soup bowls, stir in avocado; garnish with remaining cilantro & lime wedges.
