Adapted a Gousto recipe to make it more keto. If making a bigger serving don't double the sauces, just add a bit extra.

Instructions
Step 1
Fry chicken on high heat 3-4 minutes with pinch of salt and pepper
Step 2
Peel and dice onion, slice mushrooms finely, finely chop the ginger and garlic
Step 3
Once chicken browned, reduce heat to medium and add onion and mushrooms, cook for 3-4 minutes
Step 4
Once onions slightly caramelized, add ginger and garlic, cook for 1 minute
Step 5
Once fragrant, add Chinese rice wine, chicken stock mix and chilli flakes with a splash of water
Step 6
Cook for a couple of minutes until chicken cooked through. Meanwhile mix the hoisin, mirin and soy sauce in a small bowl.
Step 7
Once chicken cooked through, add the sauce mix to the pan with the cream and cook on low heat for a few minutes until thickened slightly.
Step 8
Season to taste with salt and pepper then serve with crispy onions on top
