Angwa Mo (or angwamu) is a delicious traditional Ghanaian dish consisting of fried rice that is often cooked with salted beef (tolo beef). Making it with brown rice boosts the fibre content and keeps you fuller for longer.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Wash rice, drain and dry.
Step 2
2. In a pot, heat the oil and gently sauté the onions until golden.

3. Add the salted beef and mix well.
Step 4
4. Add the rice and fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes stirring constantly.
Step 5
5. Add the stock cube and stir well. Cook for until rice is cooked.
Step 6
6. Add the remaining onion and cook again for 5 minutes.
Step 7
7. Remove from heat.
Step 8
8. Cover and let the pot stand before serving.
