Instructions

Step 1
Brown ground beef for about 4 minutes or until 50% cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add in the bell pepper and stir fry vegetables. Cook for an additional 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add in zucchini and 120 mL stir fry sauce.
Step 4
Add in seasonings of choice and combine well.
Step 5
Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes or until vegetables are ready.
Step 6
Each bowl will have 1.5 C beef mixture and 3/4 C rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
