Instructions
Step 1
Prepare rice, quinoa, or noodles.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk 1/4 c sesame oil, aminos, cornsarch, and garlic chili sauce.
Step 3
In a skilled over medium heat, add 2 tbsp sesame oil.
Step 4
Add minced garlic and saute for about 1 minute.
Step 5
Add broccoli and sauce and combine. Lower heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occassionally.
Step 6
Add in cashews and chickpeas and stir. Cover. Cook an adittional 3-7 minutes. Remove from heat and serve over rice, quinoa, or noodles.
