Instructions
Step 1
Mix self raising flour, bread soda and salt into large mixing bowl. Add wholemeal flour and oatmeal.
Step 2
Measure buttermilk and add dollop of sunflower oil (make approx.550ml fluid -no more!).
Step 3
Pour into oiled 2lb loaf tin. Sprinkle seeds on top
Step 4
Bake in pre-heated oven (200c/400f) for 40-45min.
Step 5
Turn onto a rack to cool. Enjoy!
