Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425F.

Into a large bowl, sift together flours, baking soda, salt, cream of tartar, sage, and basil.

Then stir in millet.
Step 4
In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, egg, and yogurt.
Step 5
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and use your hands to knead the dough until it is smooth.

Coat a baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
Step 7
On a floured surface, use a floured rolling pin to roll the dough out to a 1/4 inch thickness, then cut it into 2 1/2 inch rounds.
Step 8
Set the rounds on the baking sheet and bake until puffed and slightly golden, about 15 minutes.
Step 9
Cool on a wire rack before serving for breakfast, appetizers, or snacks.
