The Best Potato Soup
This is the creamiest and most delicious potato soup I have ever had! Add a homemade roll or bread and you have a perfect lunch or supper for those cold days. The soup base is made with chicken broth which is thickened with a roux made of flour, butter and cream(or half and half if you don't have cream). This soup is loaded with potatoes, kale and bacon but as with any soup, you can tweak it to your liking and make it your own. Enjoy!

1 teaspoondried tarragon

⅓ cupkale
can use frozen thawed Kale as well, stems remove and chopped fine
