Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. Slowly add the milk and water while stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Heat a lightly oil pan over medium high heat. Scoop and pour the batter onto the pan, About 1/4 cup of batter per crepe. Tilt the pan in a circular motion to evenly distribute the batter into the pan.
Step 3
Cook the crepe until the bottom is golden brown. Use a spatula to loosen the edges. Flip and cook the other side. Serve immediately and enjoy!
