Step 1
Set the Instant Pot to Sauté and heat the oil in the inner pot.

2. Sauté the onion for about 3 minutes, then add the ground beef and sauté for about 8 more minutes, or until the beef is no longer pink.

3. Press Cancel. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the grated Parmesan cheese, into the inner pot in the order shown.

4. Secure the lid and set the vent to sealing.

5. Manually set the cook time for 22 minutes on high pressure.

6. When the cooking time is over, let the pressure release naturally.
