2 poundschicken breast
or tenderloins
3eggs
whisked
2 cupspotato chips
crushed
1 Tbsppaprika
½ Tbspgarlic powder
1 tspblack pepper
Dipping sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F
Step 2
Season the chicken on both sides.
Step 3
Add the eggs to a shallow container and the crushed chips to another container
Step 4
Dip the seasoned chicken into the eggs to coat then into the crushed chips, you might need to press the chips in
Step 5
Add to a sheet pan and bake 25-30 minutes until internal temperature is 165°F
Step 6
Mix together the dipping sauce ingredients
