Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the Brussel sprouts, and finely Shred them
Step 2
Finely slice the Chilli and Garlic
Step 3
Add the oil to a large frying pan or Sauté pan and heat.
Step 4
Add in the chorizo and cook on a medium heat for 2 minutes while stirring.
Step 5
Add in the garlic and chilli and stir for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add in the shredded sprouts and continue to stir for another 2 minutes.
Step 7
Add in the balsamic and cranberry jam and stir for another 2 minutes.
Step 8
Plate up, lick you’re lips and enjoy.
