Instructions
Step 1
Combine matzo meal, salt and sugar.
Step 2
Separate the eggs.
Step 3
Beat yolks slightly, and combine with the cold water.
Step 4
Add the liquid to the dry ingredients. Allow to stand for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold them into the matzo-meal mixture.
Step 6
Drop by tablespoonfuls into a hot, well-greased frying pan, or griddle, and brown on both sides.
