Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in a saucepan. Add rice; sauté for 1 minute. Stir in all seasonings.
Step 2
Add chicken stock; bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover, and cook for 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed
Step 3
Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for a few minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
