Step 1
Sautée dices onion for 3 min, add minced garlic for a min, add 1 cup of rice and stir and cook for a minute with onion and garlic. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 2 cups water.
Step 2
Brown rice you need to cook for 25 min and white for 15 min on low flame after bringing to a simmer.
Step 3
Add cup of broccoli florets cut into tiny pieces. Don’t mix in, let it sit on top and cook for 5 min. Shut flame and Let sit another 10 min covered. Add some cheese and salt and pepper and mix till it melts into it.
