Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400º.
Step 2
Roll out pizza dough to a rectangle about the size of a sheet of paper, and cut into 5 even strips.
Step 3
Using a clean paper towel dry sausage off then wrap dough around each link and place on a lined sheet pan. Brush with oil and put in oven.
Step 4
In a heavy bottom pan, add beer and bring to a light simmer, then add in cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, reduce to a low simmer and cook until melted.
Step 5
Remove sausage from oven once browned. Let stand for 5 minutes then slice and serve with cheese.
