Step 1
Mix yeast and water & set aside for 10 mins. Add flour, oil, salt, Greek yogurt & yeast mixture to a mixing bowl. Mix using a dough hook or by hand. Form a dough. Cover with plastic wrap & let it sit in a warm place for at least 60 mins. When it doubles in size form a role & cut into 8 pieces. Thinly roll out dough & place on a hot 400 degree grill, lid closed or oven for 1 min each side. *You can even use a pizza stone. Remove off heat & cover with a dish cloth.
